Use Relaxation Techniques Every Time You Feel Stressful
There must be few stress triggers that can be identified in your daily life. List them out and think of a thing you can do to alleviate stress level at the time.
When you have tied up the idea of destress with your triggers, you’ll always remember to practise the relaxation techniques.
For example, you can take a 5 minute deep breath every time before you have a meeting or discussion; or take a stroll every time after you check your emails.
