Celebrity Street Style of the Week: Selena Gomez, Ali Larter, & Sienna Miller
Mom jeans and miniskirts and parkas… AKA things we have all worn in the past week. #springproblems
Every week, I scour the web to find inspiring outfits on your favorite celebs and help you recreate their looks! This week, I was inspired by Selena Gomez, Ali Larter, and Sienna Miller. Read on to see how you can get their looks for yourself.
Look 1: Selena Gomez’s Casual Chic
Selena Gomez was spotted out in Toronto with her boyfriend The Weeknd, looking chic yet casual. Selena wore a mid-wash pair of mom jeans with a simple black turtleneck tucked in, along with a light gray longline coat with a waist tie, white low-top sneakers, and a handbag with white, black, and dark gray color blocking.
Selena’s look is simple yet polished thanks to its neutral color scheme and timeless pieces. Plus, her sneakers allow her to tour the city comfortably while still being on trend.

Selena’s look is the perfect balance of casual and chic, and is also great for the transitional weather of the season. A simple black turtleneck is a classic wardrobe staple; wear one tucked into a pair of mom jeans or straight leg jeans.
Bring the outfit together with a light gray longline coat (this one even has a waist tie like Selena’s), which gives the ensemble a polished look. A color blocked bag adds flair while keeping your stuff stowed. Complete the look with a pair of classic yet on-trend white low-top sneakers. This pair features a silver metallic heel detail for a bonus touch of cool.
Look 2: Ali Larter’s 70’s-Inspired Style
Actress Ali Larter looked ready for spring in a super cute ’70s-inspired ensemble. Ali wore a buttoned denim A-line skirt with a plain white t-shirt and brown booties. Her skirt’s retro look is right on trend, and Ali really let it shine by pairing it with a simple tee. She accessorized her outfit with a light blue cross-body bag with a gold chain strap and some cool sunglasses, ideal for a sunny spring day.

Ali’s look is all about the playful, ’70s-esque denim A-line skirt with buttons running down the front. Retro-inspired skirts like this have been trending since the fall, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to find a similar one – this H&M skirt makes for a great dupe.
The rest of the ensemble is easy to put together: simply wear a white t-shirt tucked into the skirt and rock a pair of brown or beige booties. Keep accessories light by carrying a sky blue crossbody bag with gold hardware and wearing some cool sunglasses.
Look 3: Sienna Miller’s Cold-Weather Cool
Sienna Miller took to the streets of NYC in a cool cold-weather look, rounding out this week’s Celeb Street Style picks – because early spring weather is all over the place! With snow still on the ground in New York, Sienna wore some practical ankle-length duck boots with mid-wash mom jeans and a green, fur-trimmed parka. She matched with her daughter by wearing a navy blue pom beanie hat, along with a pair of round sunglasses. Sienna’s look is great inspiration — it shows that cold-weather looks don’t have to be boring.
Outfit Inspired by Sienna
Sienna’s ensemble is great for chilly or rainy days, especially thanks to her practical yet classic footwear: duck boots. Opt for a pair with a shorter shaft so that you can wear them with straight leg or mom jeans like she did. This pair even features navy-colored rubber which perfectly matches the cute navy pom hat.
Wear a green parka coat over top, along with some round sunglasses, like this cool gold and brown pair. While it looked like Sienna wore a multi-colored vest or cardigan underneath, any type of sweater (colorful, neutral, or printed) would work with this look.
