Outfits Under $100: 3 Looks for Rainy Summer Days

Rain or shine, you’ll look so fine.

Rain in the summer is a pain; not only do you (and your clothes, bags, shoes, etc.) get soaked despite you holding an umbrella, but you have to deal with the intense humidity afterwards, making everything feel sticky and gross. 

Deciding on what to wear on rainy summer days can also be a pain, which is why I have come up with three outfits for rainy days in summer — all under $100. Hopefully these looks will brighten those dreary days! 

What to Wear on a Rainy Day in Summer: Outfit 1 – $88.97

Products: Dress – H&M, Top – Forever 21, Shorts – H&M, Shoes – Target, Umbrella – Urban Outfitters 

This sky-blue mesh t-shirt dress is mostly made of nylon, which is not only lightweight and breathable but also dries quickly, in case it gets wet. I styled it with a white tank top, shorts, rose-gold footbed sandals, and a bubble umbrella for a simple and breezy look. 

What to Wear on a Rainy Day in Summer: Outfit 2 – $95.39

Products: Rain jacket – ASOS, Shirt – H&M, Jeggings – Target, Shoes – Forever 21

This rain jacket caught my eye and inspired me to create an edgy black-and-white look for a rainy day. This look was made complete with a long striped shirt, black jeggings, and lace-up rain boots. 

What to Wear on a Rainy Day in Summer: Outfit 3 – $97.84

Products: Shirt – Topshop, Shorts – PACSUN, Shoes – Charlotte Russe, Hair tie – Forever 21 

For the final outfit, I created a sweet and girly look. I took a white graphic tee shirt and paired it with heart-printed denim shorts, a floral hair tie (to keep your hair from getting frizzy and messy from the rain), and classic lace-up sneakers.
