You’ll never try to do better if you don’t challenge yourself, you have to realize that you’re a capable of something better, a more fit body and a healthier mind. You need to prove to yourself that you can overcome the feeling of laziness to workout or feeling too tired to improve yourself because doubt never really helped anyone. It’s never easy but just keep in mind that it’s worth it, don’t settle for less because you couldn’t take that first bold step today, you can and you will. Just let the feeling that you can do better push you and before you notice you’re there already.
