2017 is going to be the summer of the shoulder. Off-the-shoulder tops and dresses are already the rage which has led to a dramatic new trend: single shoulder cutout tops.
We’re on the fence about this. Some styles are major sexy. Some styles are a little awkward. Regardless, the style is casual rockstar cool and would be great for a day-to-night weekend look.
