Every week, I scour the web to find inspiring outfits on your favorite celebs and help you recreate their looks! This week, I was inspired by Pretty Little Liars actresses Shay Mitchell, Kara Royster, and Lucy Hale. Read on to see how you can get their looks for yourself.

Look 1: Shay Mitchell’s Casual Chic

Shay Mitchell gave her casual outfit a chic, dressy update while out in L.A. this past week. Shay wore the essential summer combo of high-waisted jean shorts and a simple black tank, but elevated these pieces with a rose colored duster and some black pumps, along with a black and metal belt and some round, mirrored sunglasses.

A long shirt or a duster sweater/jacket adds a trendy touch to any look, whether its a casual one like Shay’s or a more polished dress or skirt.

Shay’s ensemble is a perfect day-to-night look: a black tank and denim shorts are a great summer day look when worn with a cool belt, flat sandals, and round, mirrored sunglasses. And it’s easy to dress the outfit up for night.

Take a cue from Shay and add glamor with a rose or mauve-colored duster and some classic black pumps. Neutral colored dusters are especially in style right now, and they’re super versatile pieces to have in your wardrobe.

Look 2: Kara Royster’s Boho Slip Dress

Actress Kara Royster took on the slip dress trend while out and about the day following this season’s PLL finale. Kara cinched her olive green slip dress with a skinny cognac belt, brown lace-up ankle boots, and a long black necklace tucked under her dress.

Kara’s outfit is a unique, boho-chic twist on the slip dress trend, and is super cute for a night out.

While I adore the black, white, and pastel-colored slip dresses that have been all the rage lately, a slip dress in an earthy tone like olive green is unique and perfect for the transition into the fall.

This dress features a cute print along with a strappy back design and color similar to Kara’s dress. Give your waist some definition by adding a neutral brown or taupe skinny belt with subtle gold metal accents. Next, don a pair of lace-up heeled booties in a matching hue (or flat sandals for a more casual feel).

Finish the look with a black faux suede necklace that can hang long underneath the dress; this faux suede leaf wrap choker has longer strings that will hang down, while still playing on the choker trend for the best of both worlds.

Look 3: Lucy Hale’s Edgy Cool

Lucy Hale took to the streets in an edgy, all-black ensemble, mixing tough studs with feminine lace.

Lucy wore black skinny jeans with a low-cut black wrap-front top, letting a black lace bralette peek out for a flirty look. To make her legs look extra long, she wore black skinny jeans with black pointed toe ankle boots, creating one sleek line. Lucy accessorized with a studded bucket bag, dark round sunglasses, and a wool wide-brim hat.

Lucy’s flirty yet edgy outfit would be great for an evening out on the town. Start with some black skinny jeans – this coated pair has an extra sleek look – and pair them with some black ankle booties with a pointed toe. Trendy wrap-front tops are often cut low, so a lined bralette is the perfect solution to layer underneath. The lace material is a feminine contrast against the dark, monochromatic aesthetic of this ensemble.

To complete the outfit, accessorize with a wool wide-brim hat, round sunglasses, and a studded bucket bag, adding a metal accent into the mix.
