Hannah, a junior studying film and communication at the University of Pittsburgh, is spending the semester taking classes in London. Who or what inspires your style? “Trends inspire my style, but I also go through phases where I try to stray away from trends and go towards vintage shops.”

Where do you like to shop? “I like H&M, vintage shops, T.J. Maxx, and Goodwill where you can find interesting cheap items.”

How would you describe your sense of style? “I would say comfy but cute, I hope.”

Why did you choose this particular outfit? “These are my favorite jeans because they are soft and they go with everything. Although I try not to wear white because I often spill on it, this shirt is super soft and I love it and like how you can see a glimpse of my bralette through it.”

What fashion advice would you give to other students looking to improve their style? “I would say have a lot of basics, but always include a statement piece to your outfit that is unique to you.”

What do you do for fun – do you have any unique hobbies or interests? “I like skiing, Netflix, eating, and experimenting with film.”

If you could raid anyone’s closet, who would it be and why? “I would raid my sister’s. She has an amazing fashion sense and isn’t afraid to spend money on good clothes.”
